Nusrat Ali Fatah Khan

Nusrat Fatah Ali Khan - Allah Hoo Part 1

I belive the higher pitched singer on the right most is his nephew Rahat. This is among the best traditional Qwaali music out there... you have to watch your way through it to really get a feel for the talent of the musicians and the power their spirituality brings to their performances.

Godspeed you Black Emperor! - Albanian

Currently an unreleased song, but you can download a live version of it legally [here]

The file is in .shnf format... so you will need winamp and this plugin to play it.

Also you can convert .shn files to .mp3 or .wav .... but doing so is typically illegal (if stated by the poster) so, thats up to you guys to figure out how to do!

Silver Mt. Zion - Take These Hands and Throw Them in the River (live)

A more accessible form of Godspeed you Black Emperor! that touches closer to Indie and Alt music then its counterpart... this is an excellent live performance, with considerations to sacrifices of sound quality.

TV on the Radio/Peter Murphy/Trent Reznor - Bela Lugosi's Dead

Awesome version of an old Bauhaus classic performed live in Washington DC

Mum - The Island of Childrens Children

Something about old grainy footage and a Mum track that just works... This was compiled by Jason Andrew Wilford, using old super 8 footage of his family.

We are Water - Glass

Sometimes between Radiohead albums you need to find fixes to fill the void. Well for all you people that can associate with that remark, here's one band that seem's to fit the bill for a good fix... Seeing as this is the only song by them I've ever heard, I definatly need to get my hands on an album to find out if this song is only a one shot "sounds like radiohead in too many ways" wonder. Or if I should even respect (resent?) them for putting out work like this... anyways, can't make judgements till I hear the whole album so... off to find it then!

Band: We are Water
Song: Glass

Any other information? --- Can't find it worth a damn.
